Nice weather continues for Sunday thanks to the continued ridging, but also a secondary system that passed overnight. Temperatures are running a little cooler than yesterday, starting in the low to middle 50s. Now that the sun is coming up, the warm-up will begin, and we make the climb back to around 70 degrees. If you have fog in your location, it will break and lift by the late morning.
If you like sunny skies and a comfortable feeling, you’ll love today. Temperatures will get to 70 degrees making for a mild afternoon, and with the lower humidity, you’ll be able to enjoy the outdoors without breaking too much of a sweat. This pleasant weather will continue through early week, only warming slightly. Rain chances are non-existent, or low, due to high pressure ridging. By Tuesday, we get the heat back. By Wednesday, we get the humidity back. By Thursday, we get the storms back. Rain chances will be on the rise as humidity moves back up thanks to southerly winds on the west side of high pressure. Expect warm and humid with a daily rain and thunderstorm chance from Wednesday through the end of the week.
