If you enjoyed today, you have one more day to enjoy some sunshine and summer-ish temperatures. We'll climb into the upper 70s and low 80s again Sunday, but some changes lie ahead as we enter a brand new work week and wrap up September. Monday will bring a cold front which will drape through Kentucky and bring rain chances through Tuesday. Rain won't be too heavy, but a few spots may pick up as much as one inch especially in southern KY.
That's not the only change ahead. Once the front is east of us, another round of chilly, fall-like air will come sweeping in. Highs will go from 80 degrees Sunday to 59 degrees by Friday! We will struggle to pull back up into the mid 60s by the end of next weekend, but we will see more sunshine.
