After a few nice weather days, changes are coming back to the Bluegrass in the form of some rain. The weather is still quiet for this evening and tonight with only a small chance for a sprinkle or two overnight especially in northern KY. As a low pressure approaches, a warm front will sit over the state holding a few more light rain shower chances through Saturday, but the better chance for rain won't arrive until Sunday when the cold front rolls through.
Cloud cover will be pretty extensive for the state this weekend so temperatures won't push up into the 60s again, but most will stay in the upper 50s both Saturday and Sunday. In fact, through the extended forecast, the 50s will persist.
