We still have one more nice day ahead and that is for Friday, after that more weather changes are in store including some rain. Friday will bring sunshine early but watch for clouds to increase through the afternoon and evening giving way to cloudy skies and some rain showers for Saturday as a low pressure approaches. Enjoy temperatures near the 60 degree mark one more day before we start to cool off again.
For the weekend, the low pressure will be swinging through the Commonwealth mainly later in the day, but a few rain showers can't be ruled out earlier in the day too ahead of the cold front. On the warm side of the front temperatures should rise and reach the upper 50s. On the back side of the front, we're looking at a pretty good drop in highs for Sunday (mid 40s). Sunday looks mostly dry with the exception of a leftover sprinkle. Once the colder air arrives Monday, the chance for a few snow flurries might be the case, but there's a better chance that we dry out and even see a few peeks of sun between times of clouds. Next week will hold temperatures closer to the norm for December.
