We are hot, muggy and unsettled as we wrap up the week. A cold front will settle south, stall and track northeast again over the next three days. Watch for scattered showers and storms Thursday, mainly in the afternoon and early evening. A few strong to severe storms will be possible but locally heavy rain will also be a threat with slow moving storms. Showers and storms will cluster along the front down south Friday and bubble up again Saturday. All the while we'll be steamy with above average highs on either side of 90° and the heat index well into the 90s.
