Stagnant Summer Pattern Persists

Another round of active weather is inbound Tuesday but coverage will be limited with no significant trigger in place. The few showers and storms that fire (central & eastern KY) will produce torrential rain & gusty wind. Expect a warm and muggy afternoon with highs in the mid/upper 80s. A cold front will settle in and stall across the Commonwealth remaining a focus for additional showers and storms midweek.
