Even though we had fog to kick-start our Sunday, the weather will trend nice for one more day. Expect highs in the upper 70s toward 80 degrees this afternoon before the cold front. A stray rain shower is possible to pop-up in southern KY later today ahead of the front, but most of the rain will hold off until Monday. A line of showers is likely, but this will mostly be a thunder-less line as convection won't be abundant. SEKY has the best chance to pick up some moderate to heavy amounts of rain by late Monday.
In the wake of the front, fall will return as temperatures will take a tumble down to the mid 60s by mid week and low 60s/upper 50s by late week. Overnight lows will also drop to the low 40s. Keep the jackets ready to go for next week. We will dry back out after Tuesday and see some sunshine to help us through the cool spell.
