The past couple of weeks have been mainly dry and we are needing some rain as many yards are becoming crispy, however, not a lot of rain is ahead as we move into Sunday. A low pressure will move through but there just isn't a ton of moisture attached to it. The best chance to pick up some rain will be in northern KY as the low slides through the state starting tomorrow morning. A slight chance of showers will linger through the afternoon in central KY, but the most we will see is a few hundredths of an inch making for a pretty uneventful weather day.
Once the low has passed, we will have another high pressure gliding in bringing the sunshine back! Most of the work week ahead will be a terrific one with abundant sunshine and warmer temperatures too. Just as we were starting to get used to the 60s, here come the 70s back. High and dry is the theme for the next few days at least.
