Still trying to hold onto those nice early fall temperatures? You're in luck as we have a GREAT weather weekend coming with high temperatures pushing up into the mid 70s which will place us 10 to even 15 degrees above where we should be for this time of year (around 60 degrees). Whatever you have planned, it will remain dry and sunshine will be in abundance. Even overnight low temperatures will feel mild considering we started below freezing early this week.
The high pressure will keep us dry all the way through the weekend, but another change is coming up later on. A cold front will slide through toward mid next week bringing some rain and maybe even a thunderstorm. We will hold onto the 70s for about a 4 day stretch, then drop off to the 60s and eventually the upper 50s (more normal) toward late week.
