Summer is in full effect for two more days with muggy air, hazy sunshine and highs around 90° Tuesday. A round of strong to severe storms will dive southeast across Ohio into West Virginia later in the day Tuesday. A few of our eastern/northeastern counties may end up grazed by the western end of that line, mid to late afternoon. Expect isolated coverage but don't anticipate much in the way of severe storms. Above average heat will peak in the low 90s midweek, close to our max highs of the year so far. Expect a daily temperature drop through the 80s through the end of the week as rain chances ramp up. Heavy rain will be possible this weekend as the remnants of Laura track into the Ohio Valley.
