We've seen some really nice weather so far this week. Even though we began with frost and freeze on Monday morning, we now have temperatures well into the 60s and will be even warmer in the coming few days. Temperatures will rest in the mid 40s tonight then climb into the upper 60s again tomorrow. Once into the weekend, we're looking at near record warmth for some as a high pressure remains in control of our forecast through early next week. Afternoon highs from Saturday until Tuesday will be in the low to mid 70s. Monday's record high is 76 degrees which was set back in 1975.
Colder air is inevitable as we approach mid-November. Next week, a cold front will begin to sweep through the U.S. bringing us chilly air for late in the week. The front will also ramp up rain chances again. The best chance to pick up some rain will be Wednesday.
