This weekend will start off about as dreary as it can get. Low pressure bypassing Kentucky will be close enough to sling a round of cold rain our way. With highs in the mid 40s we're mild enough to keep it rain throughout the day until we drop into the mid 30s Saturday morning. There will be a very narrow window to see a brief, wintry mix as the moisture departs, mainly at higher elevations of our southeastern mountain counties. Expect the most widespread rain southeast with coverage dropping off across north & west. We'll dry out an remain chilly the rest of the weekend. It'll be a cold evening out at Kroger Field for the Cats season finale!
