Cloudy Remainder of Weekend

A few showers likely too

Today has been nothing but gloomy and chilly, and tomorrow will follow much of the same order. There's a small batch of showers to our south in Tennessee that will slide north and through Kentucky later this evening and overnight. We shouldn't see anything too heavy, but scattered showers are likely through the night until dawn Sunday. After that, the activity will become lighter, more drizzle-like, for the afternoon and rest of the weekend. Temperatures won't budge much either, keeping us in some cool air.

The thick cloud cover will hopefully lift a bit in time for the start of a new work week, but don't get in too much of a hurry for sunshine. Cloudy skies are likely through next week and temperatures will rise very little as well. We have one day next week that doesn't look that bad...Wednesday, where we might squeeze out some sun and stay mainly dry, but more rain is moving in for late week. Halloween is next Saturday and things are looking much better! Hopefully it stays that way.
