This weekend has been one for the books...literally. We broke a record today at the Blue Grass Airport with a high temperature of 77 degrees which put us 2 degrees above our previous record of 75 set in 2005. Today was just lovely and we have one more nice day to enjoy tomorrow before the inevitable happens...a drop in temperatures and some rain moves in. For Monday, expect sunshine in abundance again. More clouds roll in Tuesday, especially late in the day, due to another cold front swinging in. Rain chances will increase overnight Tuesday into Wednesday for most.
After this cold front exits, we will actually see temperatures hanging our around/slightly above normal again for just a day or two before the 50s come in at the end of next weekend. Rain chances are really confined to Tuesday through Wednesday of this week then drier air returns for late week. By far, tomorrow will be the nicest day of the week so soak in the sunshine while it lasts.
