After a pretty uneventful snow event last night and this morning, skies have kept cloudy and we've all been cold. The only precipitation we have seen today was just a few scattered snow flurries with no additional accumulation. Any snow that has fallen across the state will melt rolling into the weekend even though the cloud game will stay strong all the way through Saturday. There is some hope for some sunshine by Sunday. Enjoy the dry weekend. The weather pattern will stay quiet over the next few days with only a small chance for a wintry mix early next week and then again late in the week. More below-normal temperatures will grace us throughout the weekend with highs only in the upper 30s both days, then we finally climb into the 40s by Wednesday.
