We're cranking up some December warmth the next two days as a strong southerly flow pushes highs well above average. Lexington will top out around 60° Thursday and peak in the low 60s Friday. Record highs aren't that far off- in the 70s. Unfortunately, it won't last into the weekend. An approaching cold front will throw a round of showers and isolated t-showers our way Friday night into Saturday. Highs will fall from the 50s to 40s the rest of the weekend and bottom out in the upper 30s with a few rain/snow showers possible Monday.
