We wrapped up 2020 with cold rain and a brief wintry mix in the morning. As we kick off 2021 your StormTracker forecast is still active but briefly warming up. A warm front will bring widespread (heavy at times) rain with showers and isolated t-showers Friday morning. Into the afternoon the rain backs off and highs spike well into the 60s. Watch for a few strong storms out west, as that cold front sweeps east we'll see one last round of gusty showers and isolated t-showers this evening. Colder air and showers wrapping around the departing Great Lakes low will stay with us overnight.
