We finally had a nice day weather wise complete with warmer temperatures in upper 30s/low 40s plus sunshine! The sun will return again later this coming week, but first we must get through another small brush with winter. This particular low pressure will roll even further south than the one a few days ago sending the precipitation down into far southern/southeastern KY again. The moisture is pretty lacking too, so no accumulation is expected, but a couple of dustings on cold, elevated surfaces are possible by Monday morning. Again, most of Kentucky will see nothing.
After that, sunshine will take over most of the state for the second half of the day sending high temperatures into the upper 30s again. We'll warm up even more for Tuesday through Thursday as a high pressure will keep clouds scarce. The mid and upper 40s will feel nice as we stay dry through the calm stretch. Another small system could bring a few more rain drops or flurries by Friday before another mainly dry but colder weekend.
