We'll see showers and storms on and off all weekend, driven by low-pressure Friday-Saturday and a Sunday cold front to wrap it up. They'll be scattered so some will stay high and dry, but some will be swamped with heavy rain from slow-moving storms. If you're hit, expect a quick 0.5" to 1" total but we could see isolated 2" to 3" totals with localized flash flooding possible early in the weekend. A flash flood watch is in effect for Bluegrass and western/southwestern counties until 10 PM Friday. Next week brings a significant cooler, drier and less humid pattern flip.
