The low formerly known as Beta (TLFKAB) will clip southeastern Kentucky Friday morning. We're in for a split forecast, it will be a solid soaker for far southeastern counties but we'll see very little rain in the Bluegrass. Expect mostly cloudy skies with highs in the low to mid 70s. That unseasonable warm spike is still on the way this weekend, highs will max out in the low 80s Saturday and Sunday. Enjoy it while you can and buckle up next week! Showers and storms are likely late Monday into Tuesday and following that- a significant and lasting cool down to usher in October.
