Saturday looks fairly quiet compared to how we'll finish out the weekend- buckle up! Expect partly to mostly cloudy skies with isolated showers Saturday afternoon. It's a good thing the Cats are playing a noon game. Overnight and into Sunday a rapidly strengthening Great Lakes low will drag a strong cold front across the Commonwealth. Expect showers and isolated rumbles of thunder but the bigger issue will be the wind. We'll see southwest/west wind gusts in the 35 to 45 mph range but just ahead of and along the front Sunday morning peak 50+ mph gusts will be possible. Showers clear out and sunshine returns Sunday afternoon but the wind lingers with 30 to 40 mph gusts persisting through much of the day. A wind advisory is in effect Saturday night until Sunday evening.
