Temperatures have warmed above freezing and the threat for wintry weather has ended. The Winter Weather Advisory has expired, and the LEX 18 Winter Threat Index has returned to zero.
Say so long to this morning’s snow. This slow-moving winter storm will spread a cold rain across central and eastern Kentucky starting late this afternoon. Oh joy… Periods of rain will continue through Sunday afternoon.
