A Winter Storm Warning has been issued for Bell, Harlan, Letcher, and Pike counties. The Winter Weather Advisory has been extended north of the Cumberland and Hal Rogers Parkways and will now run through 7 PM Sunday.
Heavy, wet snow and mixed precipitation will arrives late this evening. We are tracking the potential for accumulating snow/sleet across these areas with a glaze of ice possible. Travel conditions may become tricky, if not hazardous through the middle of the day Sunday.
