We’re wrapping up October and ushering in November on the crest of a wave of active, and for some, soggy weather! A cold front will slowly track our way midweek, expect afternoon/evening showers & t-showers developing mainly in the Bluegrass & northern Kentucky. Southeastern counties will see a minimal Halloween rain chance. That boundary briefly stalls as a wave of low pressure runs northeast along it Thursday- this will extend the heavy rain threat another day before it finally dies down Friday.
Rainfall totals will range from a few tenths in far eastern Kentucky up to 2″-4″ from the Bluegrass W/NW toward the Ohio River. A flood watch remains in effect Wednesday night through Friday morning.
