We Follow Through

At LEX 18, people have always been at the core of everything we do. We take storytelling seriously, and we take pride in the fact that you trust us to tell your stories. While that commitment will never change, we challenged ourselves to devise a way to hold ourselves accountable to each other and our viewers. That’s how “We Follow Through” was born.

So what is “We Follow Through,” and how will it change what we do at LEX 18? The simple answer is service. We have always made it our mission to ask the tough questions and to turn the stories that other people want. But when we say, “We Follow Through,” it means our team won’t just show up for the bad things. We will focus on finding solutions to community problems. We will ask the extra questions, keep covering the story when the others stop, and stick around to see the results. We will be in your communities to cover the tough things and spotlight the good. We will tell stories you care about as Kentuckians.

You will see our people in the community as part of our commitment to building long-term relationships and connections with those who live there. We also want to highlight people who inspire us and are working to make the Bluegrass State a little bit better every day.

Everything we do at LEX 18 will be with an expectation of commitment and excellence. We will continue to evolve to provide the best service possible. We are committed to informing, protecting, and inspiring you - every day and everywhere you need us. You can count on LEX 18.
