A new system has formed in the Bahamas and is little more than a cluster of organized thunderstorms. Tropical Depression Three sits over the island of Andros and is expected to drift northwest through the next 24 hours. Due to unfavorable conditions in the next few days, Three is likely to remain a tropical depression as it hugs the Atlantic Coastline. By early Wednesday morning, the storm should dissipate out near Wilmington, NC.
