‘SOTC’: Panel Discusses Upcoming Primary Election

(LEX 18) — LEX 18’s “State of the Commonwealth” convened a panel to discuss the upcoming primary election.

- Senate Minority Leader Morgan McGarvey (D) from Louisville
- Al Cross, longtime journalist and current UK Journalism professor
