LEXINGTON, Ky- Former Kentucky guard Jemarl Baker announced tonight that he will continue his career at the University of Arizona.
Baker missed his entire first season at Kentucky with injury and sat out for most of the nonconference slate this year dealing with the lingering effects. Baker ended up playing in 28 games for Kentucky averaging 2.3 points in just over nine minutes per contest.
Baker came in labeled as a sharpshooter but only shot 32% from the floor this season. He will be best remembered for his career game against Wofford in the NCAA tournament.
