Former Kentucky Defensive Back, Lonnie Johnson, Jr. was selected with the 54 pick in the 2019 NFL Draft by the Texans.
Johnson transferred to Kentucky from Garden City Community College. He started 18 of his 26 games in a Wildcats uniform where he totaled 64 tackles, one sack, 12 pass break-ups, two blocked kicks, an interception and one forced fumble.
Johnson earned his way up the draft board with the way he performed in the Senior Bowl, the NFL Combine and the UK Pro Day.
