Keldon Johnson led the Cats with 23 points, with the majority of his damage coming the second half. Reid Travis piled on 20 points, while Tyler Herro and PJ Washington joined them in double figures with 15 and 11 respectively.
Kentucky took the lead early in the first half and never looked back, consistently holding onto a close to or more than a double-digit lead.
Hagans was a ball hawk for Kentucky with six steals, many leading to points in transition.
Kentucky improved to 9-2 with the win, and they will have a week off before a matchup with Louisville at the KFC Yum Center.
