The New Orleans Pelicans announced today that the team has waived former Kentucky guard DeAndre Liggins.
Liggins, 6-6, 209, appeared in 27 games for New Orleans last season, averaging 1.6 points and 1.0 rebounds in 9.0 minutes.
New Orleans still has former Wildcats Anthony Davis, Julius Randle and Darius Miller on their roster.
