LEXINGTON, Ky. – University of Kentucky Athletics, JMI Sports and VisitLEX today announced a partnership with Hotels for Hope to launch BBN Hotels, an innovative new hotel booking portal that allows Wildcat fans to book rooms with a low-rate guarantee, with each reservation supporting UK student-run philanthropic organization DanceBlue.

Whether for travel to Lexington for home games or to follow the Cats on the road, fans can book hotel rooms at guaranteed lowest rates available directly at BBNHotels.com. For every room night booked, $2 will be donated at no cost to fans to DanceBlue, which raises money year-round to spread awareness for the fight against pediatric cancer. Fans can also use BBNHotels.com to book leisure or business travel.

All money raised through DanceBlue is donated to the Golden Matrix Fund, established to support the kids of the DanceBlue Kentucky Children’s Hospital Hematology/Oncology Clinic. DanceBlue also helps provide funds to support research at the UK Markey Cancer Center. Earlier this year, DanceBlue raised more than $1.8 million through its annual Dance Marathon.

“DanceBlue is incredibly grateful to have the support of the Big Blue Nation in our fight against pediatric cancer,” DanceBlue Overall Chairman Tyler Ward said. “Simply by reserving rooms through BBN Hotels, Wildcat fans will help to impact the lives of the more than 200 patients that we serve each year at the DanceBlue Kentucky Children’s Hospital Hematology/Oncology Clinic.”

“We are excited to collaborate with our partners at the University of Kentucky and VisitLEX to provide Wildcat fans with a new and exciting hotel booking service experience that supports the iconic and ever-important DanceBlue program at the University of Kentucky,” UK Sports & Campus Marketing President Paul Archey said.
