NAPERVILLE, Ill. — The Transylvania men's basketball team saw its NCAA Division III tournament run end after one game, 74-58 against defending champion Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
The Titans used a 13-0 run early in the second half to take control of the game with a 57-36 lead. The Pioneers were led by Zach Larimore's 13 points while senior Gabe Schmitt had 12 in his final game in a Transy uniform.
This was the first NCAA Tournament appearance for Transylvania's in seven seasons. The Pioneers year ends at 19-9.
