COLLEGE STATION, Texas – The Kentucky softball team will open Southeastern Conference Tournament play on Thursday night at 7:30 p.m. ET.
The Wildcats earned the No. 4 seed in the tournament, after finishing the regular season in a three-way tie with LSU and Tennessee for second place in the SEC.
Kentucky will play the winner of Game 5, which will pit No. 5 Ole Miss against the winner of game 1 between (13) Texas A&M and (12) Mississippi State.
The game will be shown live on the SEC Network, ESPN3 and the ESPN app.
Alabama earned the No. 1 overall seed, with LSU and Tennessee also earning byes.
