LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — The Lexington Police Department is investigating the suspicious death of a Lexington man.
Officers were called to an apartment on Fairmont Court late Tuesday afternoon for a welfare check on a resident. The body of a 63-year-old man was found inside his home.
The Fayette County Coroner's Office has identified the victim as Robert Clay and continues to investigate the cause of his death. As of now, the circumstances of this case appear suspicious and detectives think foul play may be involved.
