LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Lexington man has been charged in connection with a stabbing on a Lextran bus.
Amos Vanderpool, 68, has been charged with first degree assault after police say they were called to a Lextran bus on West Loudon Avenue and North Limestone on March 4. When police arrived, they found a victim with a deep stab wound in his abdomen.
Multiple witnesses identified Vanderpool as the attacker. Vanderpool was still on the bus when police arrived and was arrested.
