Man arrested in connection to O'Charley's shooting

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (LEX 18) — A man has been arrested in connection to a deadly shooting at O'Charley's in Bowling Green.

Terry Stice II, 44, was arrested and charged with two counts of attempted murder after Elijsha Taylor, 21, and Michael Russell, 40, both died from gunshot wounds in the shooting.

During the investigation, detectives determined Taylor and Russell were in a physical altercation and Taylor shot Russell. After seeing Taylor shoot Russell, Stice fired numerous rounds at Taylor, striking and killing him.

Another involved party then struck Stice with a vehicle and fled the scene. Stice then fired more rounds at the vehicle as it fled.

Stice is currently being lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail.
