MORGAN COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A 16-year-old Magoffin County boy drowned Saturday at Paintsville Lake.
According to the Morgan County Coroner, the teen was swimming with some friends near the Lost Creek Boat Ramp where he drowned.
