Robb played under Billy Hicks at Scott County, A.W. Hamilton did as well and it looks as if the connection paid off. Having a former teammate in the starting lineup and a need to replace the departed Ty Taylor didn't hurt either.
Robb announced his decision to transfer from Charlotte last week, and chose the Colonels on Friday.
The 6'1 guard. averaged 5.0 points last season in 21.2 minutes per game for the 49ers out of the Conference USA. He shot it almost 44% from deep.
Robb saw his minutes, points, and rebounds drop in his Sophomore season. During a time that features a lot of question in terms of immediate eligibility, that is something that is unknown at this current time. It is likely, but not confirmed that the team will request a waiver.
