Coroner identifies victim of fatal collision on I-75 in Richmond

RICHMOND, Ky. (LEX 18) — I-75 between Exit 95 and Exit 90 is down to a lane due to a fatal collision Thursday morning.

The coroner has identified the victim involved in the fatal collision as Billy Jolly, 46 of Hillsboro.

All southbound lanes of I-75 between exits 90 and 95 in Madison County are open. Officials say expect delays for the next two hours as traffic backups resolve.
