Former LMPD detective in Breonna Taylor case hired in Carroll County

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (LEX 18) — Former Louisville Metro Police Department detective, Myles Cosgrove, was hired by the Carroll County Sheriff's Department.

Cosgrove was fired from LMPD after using excessive force during the raid of Breonna Taylor's home in March 2020.

WAVE reports that Cosgrove began working at the Sheriff's Office on April 20.
