HARRODSBURG, Ky. (LEX 18) — One person has died after a crash in Mercer County.
The crash happened early Tuesday afternoon in Harrodsburg on U.S. 127 in front of the Dairy Queen.
Harrodsburg Police Department shared in a Facebook post that the crash involved a garbage truck and a passenger car. The passenger of the car sustained fatal injuries. The driver of the car was transported to Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville.
The garbage truck driver was uninjured.
