DANVILLE, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Danville man already facing child porn charges in Boyle County Circuit Court is also facing charges in federal court.
Leondard Riley, 44, already has a case pending in Boyle County where he is charged with 20 counts of possessing child porn.
Now, Riley is charged with possessing and distributing child porn back in 2017. The distribution case is the most serious, carrying a potential sentence of five to 20 years in prison.
No trial date has been set in the federal court case, but a status hearing has been scheduled for next month.
