Authorities say 42-year-old Tammy Rodriguez caused the crash Sept. 4 while driving the wrong way in the northbound lanes of Interstate Highway 75 in Lexington.

According to police, Rodriguez hit one vehicle head-on, killing 26-year-old Taylor Blevins and her sister, 20-year-old Caitlyn Bailey.

Also killed was Rodriguez's sister Debbie Lynn Bevins, who was a passenger in her truck. Police say Rodriguez was under the influence.
