LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A third person has been charged in connection with a December homicide on Osage Court.
On Dec. 10, 2019 Damontrial D. Fulgham was killed following a shooting. A second man, was hospitalized with a gunshot wound.
According to Lexington police, John Boulder, 20, has been charged with murder, assault, robbery and tampering with physical evidence. Boulder was already lodged in the Fayette County Detention Center when the charges were placed. He had been taken into custody on unrelated charges.
Jo’Qwan Jackson and a juvenile suspect have also been arrested in the Osage Court homicide case. This investigation is ongoing and additional arrests are possible.
