PARIS, Ky. (LEX 18) — A 26-year-old suspect has been arrested and charged in the shooting death of a Paris, Ky. man.
Investigators from the Paris Police Department and Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office said an altercation between the victim and Jairum Tyshaun Cloud led to a second incident at 400 Turner St. where Cloud allegedly shot the victim.
The victim died after being transported to the hospital.
Cloud is currently charged with murder and tampering with physical evidence.
His girlfriend, Kendra Snyder, 37, was also charged with tampering with physical evidence after she was interviewed by police.
Both Cloud and Snyder are being held at the Bourbon County Regional Detention Center.
The investigation is ongoing.
