(LEX 18) — Taco 'bout a bust! An Ohio man has been charged with burglarizing Taco Bell restaurants, including five in Lexington.

Police in Columbus, Ohio have arrested Joshua Logue, 29, earlier in September.

Logue, who was a former Taco Bell employee, is suspected of breaking into more than three dozen Taco Bells across Kentucky, Ohio and West Virginia. The Lexington burglaries happened in the early morning hours of August 6.

Video showed that the suspect was wearing the same clothing and driving the same car during the other burglaries. Columbus authorities said they developed Logue as a suspect and recovered evidence linking him to the burglaries.

Warrants for multiple counts of burglary in the third degree and criminal mischief related to the Lexington cases are now active for Logue, according to police.

Logue is being housed in the Franklin County Corrections Center in Ohio.
