GATLINBURG (LEX 18)– The highly anticipated opening of Gatlinburg’s new SkyBridge is happening Friday!
The longest pedestrian suspension bridge in North America is set to open to the public at 1 p.m.
The bridge spans 680 feet and is 140 feet high at its midpoint.
There are glass-floor panels in the middle of the bridge that adds to the spectacular view.
