61-year-old Terry Coyle has been identified by the Scott County Coroner as the individual killed in a morning collision in Scott County.
The Scott County Sheriff's Office is still investigating the specifics of the head-on collision.

According to officials, one person is dead following a morning collision on Stamping Ground Road in Scott County.
They report that a dump truck lost control along the roadway when it veered into the oncoming lane and collided with another vehicle.
Another person has been transported to the hospital with injuries.

Stamping Ground Road near Viley Lane in Scott County is currently shut down in both direction following a vehicle collision on Wednesday afternoon.
Scott County Ky. Sheriff's Office noted that officials will report when the road is back open.
