LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Kentucky Transportation Cabinet officials said an overturned semi was blocking traffic on Interstate Highway 75 in Laurel County on Thursday morning.
Officials said the crash occurred around mile marker 42.
The crash initially closed all the lanes but by 10:30 a.m. officials said one lane had reopened.
